Ishaan Khanna

Ishaan is the preeminent investment migration advisor in Washington, D.C. and one of the top industry experts in the United States. An EB-5 investor himself, Ishaan has firsthand experience in all aspects of immigration by investment and is able to break down complex processes into easy-to-understand analyses for our clients. Ishaan also serves as President of the American Immigrant Investor Alliance (AIIA), where he advocates at the highest levels of the federal government on behalf of immigrant investors. Ishaan holds a B.S. in Information Systems from Loyola Marymount University and is a member of the Investment Migration Council. Ishaan currently lives in Washington, D.C.

Colin Maurer

Colin brings years of experience in both investment migration and government relations to Immigration Diligence. Like many Americans, Colin realized during the Covid-19 pandemic that freedom and mobility are one government declaration away from disappearing. From that moment in 2020, Colin promised himself that he would never get trapped again, and secured a second citizenship for his family through ancestry. He then formed a boutique consultancy, assisting other Americans obtain second citizenship or residency by descent or investment. Prior to his investment migration work, Colin was heavily involved in public affairs in Washington, D.C., providing open-source intelligence and media analysis to many high-ranking officials in the Executive Branch. Colin is a member of the Investment Migration Council and is a graduate of its industry-leading Certificate in Investment Migration course. Colin graduated from Virginia Tech, where he studied international relations and foreign languages. He currently lives in Arlington, Virginia with his wife.
