Colin Maurer

Colin brings years of experience in both investment migration and government relations to Immigration Diligence. Like many Americans, Colin realized during the Covid-19 pandemic that freedom and mobility are one government declaration away from disappearing. After securing a second citizenship and residency for himself and his family, he then formed a boutique consultancy, helping other Americans do the same. Prior to his investment migration work, Colin worked in public affairs in Washington, D.C., providing intelligence and media analysis to high-ranking officials in the Executive Branch. Colin graduated from Virginia Tech, where he studied international relations and foreign languages. He currently lives in Arlington, Virginia with his wife.

Ishaan Khanna

Ishaan began his career in investment migration by successfully securing a Green Card through the U.S. EB-5 program in 2017. Drawing from his own experience, he has spent years helping others achieve permanent residency in the United States and around the world. As an immigrant investor himself, Ishaan understands all aspect of the immigration by investment process and makes complex information clear and accessible for individuals seeking foreign residency and citizenship options. He also serves as President of the American Immigrant Investor Alliance (AIIA), 501(c)(4) non-profit advocating for immigrant investors at the highest levels of government. Ishaan holds a B.S. in Information Systems from Loyola Marymount University and is based in Washington, D.C.

Yamini manages the operations and creative functions at Immigration Diligence, ensuring seamless coordination across the company. With five years of experience in operations and human resource management, she brings both structure and adaptability to the team. Her work spans multiple areas, including CRM management, social media strategy, creative design, and supporting the firm’s founders in their client-focused initiatives. Yamini holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and works with the team from India, where she plays a central role in streamlining processes and driving efficiency across the firm’s global operations.
